Peer Review Policy
Submissions must be completely anonymous. Acknowledgements can be added later to submissions that are accepted for publication.

We aim to reach decisions on most submissions within three months, and certainly no longer than five. We will contact you if the refereeing process takes longer than this.

Appeals

To appeal an editorial decision, contact the Editors (jbs@nacbs.org) and specify the reason for your appeal. Your appeal will be reviewed by an Editor who did not review the manuscript. The final decision regarding your appeal will rest with one of the Editors and the Board of Advisors.
