The Cambridge North American Branch Web site accepts orders for fulfillment within North America only, including the USA, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, and Costa Rica. Orders must be billed and shipped within the same country, excluding Central America proper.

To place your order, follow the simple steps described below.
- Find the title(s) you want
- If you want to browse the catalog, click on the Browse button and look around the site until you find the title(s) you want.
- Use the search facility to find the title(s) you want.
- Add the title(s) to your basket
- Titles will be displayed either singly or in a list. For single titles click on the
order button to add it to your basket. For titles displayed as a list, type the
desired quantity in the box adjacent to the title(s) you are interested in and
click the order button on the page to add the title(s) to your basket.
- Your shopping basket
- The first time you use the basket each time you visit our site you will be asked to supply
your e-mail address and delivery country before displaying the basket page.
- You can modify details for any of the items in your basket (quantity).
- Once you are happy with your order, click 'Checkout' to proceed to the next stage.
- Customer administration
- You can now give us your invoice address and credit card details, or if you are already
registered, login and change any of the details we currently hold for you.
- If you have forgotten your password use our Forgotten Password facility.
- Order confirmation
- At this stage you can modify the delivery address or return to one of the previous stages
- Once you are happy that everything in your order is correct, click 'Proceed'.
- Order processing
- Your will receive a confirmation page acknowledging your order, a printable version for your
records and an e-mail with all the details of that order.
